New Patient Information
Most people that come to us are referred by existing patients and are excited to come and experience the examination and treatments that their friends and family have experienced.
When a new patient calls to make an appointment, they say "I was referred by my friend who can't explain in words what he did, but they tell me it is truly amazing and it works and I need to come and experience it for myself!"
When that same patient leaves from their first visit and I ask them to explain in their words what just happened, they tell me they can't - there is not words for it - people just have to experience it for themselves! So what can I say. It's your turn!

form that you can print and fill out at your leisure. This is a two part form (2 pages - front and back in the office). If there is not enough room to explain your past history, medications, or nutritional supplements, feel free to attach your own sheet. If you have any x-rays or test results you would like to share with Dr. Schramm, please bring those along also.

There are times set aside for new patient appointments, as they usually take more time than a regular office visit. If you have to cancel or reschedule your visit, kindly give us 24 hours notice, as there is usually a waiting list and your spot can be filled if given enough time (people travel from all over the state and even some from out of state). Without 24 hours notice, there is a $50.00 missed appointment fee.
Your initial visit fee can be anywhere from $120.00 to $250.00, depending on the length of time involved and the issues addressed. For a more complete listing of our

Dr. Schramm will give you a very thorough examination, and then treatment for those findings. Remember, we are not treating symptoms or diseases here - we are treating the whole body to reach it's optimal level of health. Your examination and treatment will be easier if you wear loose, comfortable clothing and easily removable shoes.
Health is not a destination, it is a continual journey. Life throws a lot at us daily, and we need to be able to flow with whatever comes our way. For that reason we work with the whole person - not only the physical body, but also the mental (emotional and spiritual), and the chemical (nutritional).
